BBC Conference
Held in a television studio, this conference required a bespoke set incorporating a back-projection screen and a set-up suitable for filming and broadcast.
Partytecture was asked to design the set from scratch, presenting ideas in 3D prior to approval and manufacture. The back projection screen allowed speakers to stand on the stage during presentations.
Stage furniture was kept to an absolute minimum to ensure the main focus was on the speakers. We worked closely with the studio lighting designers and conference to ensure lighting and textures were optimum for filming.
The audience was seated both on hired-in clear Perspex chairs and on a tiered rostrum at the back for maximum viewing.
